Can HAL make Su30mki engines without sourcing the raw materials from Russia? Because if that is possible then we can make as much Su30mki as we want and pay royalties to Russia later when we win the war

Only to stick to contract. We can build all of those components here too. For example we already produce engine blades far more advanced than used in su30 engine.

That’s what is happening. Any one with a little experience in these matters would be able to see right through it. Just look at the stuff that is going into the lac right now.

Yes we are building engines here completely since the last batch of su30mki. Some things are still imported probably but they are due to contract obligation not lack of capabilities.

Pakis and chinese have successfully turned India -Nepal issue into a nationalistic thing there. It's hard to get it out. He is probably getting paid to do this and the Indians abusing Nepal in return is only adding more fuel to the fire and helping the 2 fronts get what they want.

Gef404/f414 are a generation ahead of al31. Don't go by the size look at the tech involved , efficiency and twr of an engine.

Because al31 is a generation behind of what lca needs now. You are looking at engine tech by size which is frankly ridiculous.

The engine used in lca Tejas is far better than AL-31 and The Kaveri engine which we tried to develop was going to be even better than the GE engines used today in Tejas
