Yes, China + Pakistan would mean war on 7 fronts (East Coast, West Coast, Western border, Northern border facing LoC, eastern border facing LAC, IB facing Uttarakhand, and LAC facing Tibet).

You honestly expect Modi to surrender? No. He will have the excuse to spray 200+ warheads in Pakistan and China's general direction (35 warheads at Pakistan, 170+ at China, all in one salvo). Because at that point his objective will not be to defend India but to avenge its impending loss.

So 500+ detonations over 200+ vast cities that will burn for years, and the world is fucked.

All faults of not having robust indegenous defence industries ll start showing in few weeks .. we r lowest in squadron strength now i.e 28 .Game changing weapon systems have nt been inducted due to our as usual delay ... Its better to ready our nukes .. Anhiliation of pakistan to the extend that no 2nd strike capability remains there is a viable option .

I am hearing that the Three Gorges Dam is about to crack. If God forbids that happens then you know what can happen?!

The collapse of CCP or atleast a mutiny is expected from the common Chinese people.

In the long term, revival of Naxalism and NE militancy is also possible. Like how we are thinking of Tibetan separatism, they ( Chene) will make an effort to revive the above two elements.
The other thing to consider is when both the borders are hot, neither ITBP or BSF will be able to spare battalions for Internal security.
Currently 20 + 15 company of ITBP were diverted from IS and Kashmir ( 370 abolition) towards LAC. As this situation continues more have to go LAC.
Similarly for SSB. They have to man the India Nepal border more stringently as that is a possible conduit for arms and ammunition for possible revival of Naxalism. So they too can't spare troops for IS. SSB is currently increasing presence in India Nepal border in Uttarkhand.

Since anti maoist drive was spearheaded by CAPFs, we can have temporary setback. But good news is that the states concerned have raised many IRB battalion and many State Armed Police battalion, who have been in the thick of things, and can handle the situation, initial set back if any notwithstanding. Also CoBRA battalions will stay. Also Greyhounds have excellent track record.

Similarly for Kashmir. J&K SoG and CRPF will have to spearhead the operation. RR might have to focus more on LoC.

In NE, Assam Rifles have to be supplimented again by IRB and State Armed forces using the model followed in Kashmir.

The good news is this 2 front situation will achieve what politicians couldn't. All forces will be deployed in the role they were meant and raised for.
