Our honorable Prime Minister is addressing his beloved Nation..
So far there is no factual errors in his speech ...
His resolve is firm and resolute which will convey the right message interanaly and externally ..

However, the larger question for the country is that - If China does not violate the Indian perception of LAC but completely militarises the LAC for the long haul with militaries of both sides facing each other, under such a system, Is India ready to accept that LAC as the boundary ??

What happens to Indian claims to Siachin?? I hope we do not walk into the Chinese trap - Secure all national boundaries of one China by 2021.

I think his speech is at best a status report; rather than a strategy paper.

I feel we must not rush for a knee jerk military response. Chinese have come prepared they would be expecting and are prepared for a knee jerk reaction from India. It should be a number game. You killed 20 So I will wipe out your company. That not how nations operate if they are serious about their sovereignty. I seriously want the govt to and specifically modi to take tough stands. India needs to strike china militarily there is no second thought about that. Modi cannot escape this fact. But the response should be as per our convenience. Good, positive & reassuring message.

He is not suppose to give strategic details or technical points on status quo.

The meeting was to show unity and seek support, not give ultimatum to China.

Ignore emotionally labile rants, the army is at work to enforce status quo and more.

Saying Chinese didn't occupy is saying they haven't done anything so no need to intervene.

Countries are not permanent. Including China and India. Political boundaries can change and do change.
You never know. Maybe Tibet becomes a country again in next five years.
