It is a multi layer communication system which is deployed in the tactical defence network to provide last mile access.

Other vehicles in the video are part of a radar system which I will not identify here

By the way can we use a Prithvi and Brahmos in Tandem to confuse the S 400 Radar

S400 is a SAM, not a ballistic missile. Prithvi is deployed to counter there SRBMs ~ CRBMs.
Reason of its deployments is interesting. Which means IA and Airforce has intel on deployments of chines SRMBS.

Chinese claim their MBRLs have 150-200km range nobody knows how much of this is true or propaganda. They sure have more of them than us. All I can say is Our Pinaka & M777 are battle tested & reliable.

Must be true, their airplanes are regularly used in the Top Gun movie... saw it in one of their PLAF Education videos.

I doubt it but could it possibly be the patriot system? Only reason why I think that could be the case if if they think conflict with China is certain, they may want to collect as much information regarding Chinese tactics and weak spots within their tactics and and arsenal which the US could one day exploit in a potential conflict with China in the SCS. Again complete speculation.

Just to clarify, I am not saying my proposal is the RIGHT strategy. I am only wondering why no one is raising it as a topic of discussion even.

No point in changing your opinion, sir. Your arguments is absolutely correct. IA reserves the right to take down what it seems to be a threat. Indian airforce reserves the right to take down any air asset if it seems to be of a threat.
