IMA and OTA training and mentality should change before anything happens it too old compared to other academies around the world + the doctrine for training and mindset is British and Soviet style .

SF is a somewhat new concept and many vanilla Officers don't really accept/like them as they frequently override orders , do reckless acts , consume a lot of resources , and don't always follow them like a puppet ,
many officers also have an inferiority complex with them as they are better in every way .

We need to change the attitude of officers for better SF environment

That's why I suggested SF to have a command and be under the PM, this attitude we have in India is there for other countries too, juts that we failed to react properly to this problem
