Don't worry guys. People all around the world knows that India kicked China's a**, its not just other militaries that they are laughing but common people too. It has become a huge embarrassment for PLA worldwide. Even some pakis are saying that "isse accha to hum lar lete". :hehe:

And frankly speaking can't blame the pakis. Because terrorists do better ambush than this.

Marne aye the apna marwa ke gaye :troll:

Are we even sure who is begging in this meetings ? its more like we are now saying vacate the ridges and restore the patrolling status quo . Don't think its going to happen .
A definite failure on our part in not detecting the 'mud path moving' much earlier. Some one's head in south block must roll for this. I have been asking this from pg1 of this thread.

Only adult way to deal with this encroachment is good old goonda-giri a.k.a use of force a.k.a limited border war. Our commander is most probably threatening the chink in the one-on-one happening right now. I do hope.

If a conflict does happen, it will be to get rid of the f5-f8 encroachments. A localised conflict.

For Uttrakhand it's Bareilly also the Airfore can operate from Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun
In 2018, 4 Su-30mki were stationed in Jolly Grant for 2 days. The airport is getting turned into an International airport. It will get a new runway. But we need forward bases in HP and Uttarakhand.

HM Amit Shah had the spineless audacity to claim Akshai Chin in Parliament without a follow-up action. So much for his Chanakya thinking.......
Because Congress deliberately tried to trap him by asking, that if PoJK is considered part of India and you will work to bring it back - will you do the same for Aksai Chin?

Was he supposed to say No? And even bigger reason why this argument is dumb: Does China not routinely claim all sorts of Indian territory that was never in question? Did they not ever raise questions on Sikkim? Do they not claim Ladakh & Arunachal to date? Do they not specially stamp some Indian visitors' passports depending on what state they're from?

Then what is wrong in India saying the same about Aksai Chin? These are all just excuses for the Chinese.

India hosted state funerals for martyrs, reported their names and tributed. PLA did not announce their soldier's names. PLA sent a soldier to send ash box of the dead body back to the soldier's home, which made martyrs' parents angry.
Don't know if cremation is a PLA SOP, but if it is not, they might have cremated the bodies so that the families of the PLA soldiers wouldn't pressure the CCP into exacting vengeance, i.e. after seeing the condition of the slain chinese soldiers.

'Snapped Necks, Smashed Faces Beyond Recognition': How Indian Soldiers Killed Chinese PLA Troops After CO Fell

In the counter-attack following the killing of their commanding officer Colonel B Santosh Babu by Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) troops in Ladakh's Galwan valley, the jawans of 16 Bihar regiment, using the most "primitive fighting methods", snapped the necks of at least 18 PLA troops and smashed their faces beyond recognition, reports Deccan Chronicle.

The jawans of 16 Bihar were reportedly joined by the 'Ghatak' troops. Together, they "unleashed a reign of terror, unheard in modern military history", the report said.

The PLA had a tough time handling the bodies of its soldiers, many of whose limbs were broken or severed, the report said citing inputs gathered from multiple sources.

Bodies of the slain PLA soldiers were scattered all over the ridge and nearby gorge.

According to the report, the "primitive fighting methods" by the Indian soldiers using stones, bayonets and sticks suggest they were merciless in their attack the moment their commanding officer fell.

Launching a counterattack, 60 Indian troops charged towards the PLA personnel.

As the word spread about Colonel's death, the 16 Bihar men were said to have joined by the Ghatak troops.

The Ghatak commandoes are experts in close-quarter battle and spearhead assaults ahead of the battallion, the report said.

Both, 16 Bihar men and Ghatak troops together chased down at least 18 PLA troops.

"Some had their necks dangling from their bodies, while those whose faces were smashed with stones were beyond recognition," sources were quoted in the report as saying.

The sources further said that Indian troops too were attacked brutally but the counter-attack by Indian soldiers was as brutal as it could get.

As they Avenged the death of their CO, the soldiers were chanting war-cries, they added.

The attack and counter-attack went on for over four hours. Few Indian troops snatched swords and rods from Chinese soldiers and used them against the enemy.

According to the sources quoted in the report, many PLA troops tried to escape and were chased by Indian soldiers. However, the chasing Indian troops ended up in PLA custody as their numbers multiplied.

These soldiers were among those who were released on Friday (19 June), the report said.
