It's now ridiculous that they are changing their statements every now and then which is a clear sign of being nervous. Before the reason of not disclosing causalities was goodwill and now escalation. That's why the valley could be less defended and if we come with a proper plan we can achieve a successful operation like meghdoot and hold on to the valley with enough supply but holding it for long would be hard and would come with a great sacrifices but could destro chine one bolt on road initiative forever could the chinese highway could come under our rt coverage if we capture the valley ?

Though it will be very expensive about 10 times more expensive than holding Siachin but it will be worth a shot especially of we are considering any offensive into GB as that will become much easier task with Shaksgam valley under Indian control. I still think Shaksgam Valley could be a viable option but could result in a huge sacrifice for us but could blow chini dreams of OBOR initiative only if our artillery range can reach the China National Highway 314 but again sacrifice coul be in thousand just to hold the valley could be even more than siachen
