Penang Tso area is not any intrusion. The Chinese always came to finger 4 and Indians always went up to Finger.8 . The road there has not been made now but in 1999- Chinese had stopped Indians patrolling up to Finger8 quite long ago and not after Apr 20.
What happened after Apr 20 was two bloody confrontations and nothing else.

Then why are we thrusting the Pegang Tso issue on Modi ?? Because Shukla and Panag have woken up now ?? Chinese were coming to Finger4 was a long-ago settled. When Panag was Army Commander why did he not stop the Chinese ??

Only PP14 looked like a danger that has been cleared? Chinese are not on our side of LAC in PP15, PP17 and Hotspring. They are there but in their areas.
