Itanagar: To help faster movement of people and armed forces to the India-China border, two strategically important bridges were inaugurated on Saturday in Arunachal Pradesh.
Chief Minister Pema Khandu inaugurated the 50-metre and 45-metre long bridges constructed by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) in a record time despite COVID-19 related adversaries.
Dedicating the bridges to the nation, Khandu said Tawang Chhu river bridge (in Tawang district) and Sukha Nallah bridge (in West Kameng district) would allow faster movement of civilians and military towards the McMahon Line which demarcated Chinese territory from Indian.
He praised the BRO engineers and personnel for securing the borders of the country and also providing employment and trading opportunities for Indians living in border areas through their investment in roads and bridges.
"I congratulate the BRO for completing the construction of the two bridges in a record time," the Chief Minister said.

On fears about the possibility of coronavirus spread in Arunachal Pradesh through central paramilitary, Army and BRO personnel, the Chief Minister said these forces have their own SOPs, which are followed strictly.
Later in the afternoon, the Chief Minister inaugurated a police station at Jang ADC headquarters in the presence of Tawang MLA Tsering Tashi.
Arunachal Pradesh shares India's 1,080 km border with China in the north and northeast.

India needs to keep pushing the border build up. Dropping a few BrahMos solves Chinese problems (kills 99.9% germs).
Why go directly to Brahmos?

First let us gauge how PLA one child army puts up fight against IA. For all we know they may be formidable opponent or run back leaving their positions.

Who can guess when PLA haven't fought since last five decades?

Can be true but why release them without any demand?

Unless they fear what IA reaction might be if they keep or kill them.
It is a game of Go. Goal is to posses as much territory (asset) as much as possible. Opponent soldiers are also assets. Aim is to capture, hold and negotiate (pressurise) . This is all to set narrative post covid -19. Jo pressurise Kar gaya wo Jeet gaya.
Atleast when dealing with China , we know that it is about power instead of survival (Survival of infidels us).

Lol
Chinese don't share land border with Japanese.
And what do you want with full alliance with US you want American military base in arunachal pradesh so that super soldiers will fought for us?
If not then why Chinese will not show aggression on india?
Btw how many islands Chinese have unofficially taken over spartly islands or how many artificial island they are building?

There is nothing like reliable in diplomatic world. Everything depends on interest.

Americans should first stop updating porki F-16 & American transport fleet of PAF and stop training their soldiers.

India should not become a geopolitical football between yankees and Chinese.

India is not aligned to a single country but india is aligned to multiple countries.

India have it's own nuclear triad.

Chinese Maintain There Distance With Japanese navy

Having US Symbolic presence in Indian ocean Will Rattle Chinese Joint Patrols
Having USN CBG and Warships Provided Logistic support from Andaman Naval base under logistic agreement we already share

3-4 days back USN has Naval stand off With PLAN in SCS

Time haS come to not giving Chinese breathing Space. If US & Europe makes moves after Post corona
against china india should back them

Well USA wants India to engage With China And Look Like Even Chinese asking for it We should not Disappoint them

So when did the Chinese rammed into the Indian navy blasting our boats off?

Few months ago heck even the indian navy escorted the PLA N

This is a land based conflicts it's different than naval one. And india have singed agreements with multiple countries for logistical supports and all it's in naval domain.

I'm asking how Americans will keep Chinese away from LAC?

China have solved it's land based border issue's with all of it's neighbour's leaving india are those countries super power?

Chinese will not stop if you will bring foreign military bases.
And second government of india don't want to work for other countries interest.

Chinese analysts & officials hv often taken line that PRC-IN don't hv problems; they're created by US. Also, that India is acting at US behest (says this abt many - e.g. Aus - since PRC doesnt seem to give other countries much agency)

GoI wants the focus to be bilat

India should become a capable player in south east asia and we will become one by developing our capabilities not by asking others to build bases in our country.

Having US pressure on SCS Impact On CCP policy

India is already supporting Indo-pacific.
US provides protection to other countries by placing it's nukes in it's bases india already have it's own nukes.
So Japanese and Koreans are not capable if there US bases
Certainly their foreign policies just revolve around USA remember how japan even after from 90s claiming to be indias one of the biggest partner boycotted india just after Americans sanctioned india for doing nuclear test.
South Korea turned into evangelist house.
On the other hand France which have it's own policies supported india.

If india was totally dependent on USA for everything then CAA NRC and removal of article 370 would have been a dream the more influence they gain the more policies they decide.

India cannot even support Myanmar if we go with total US alliance 😂.

U.S. slaps sanctions on Myanmar military chief over Rohingya atrocities

Mr. Kovind, who arrived here on Monday on a five-day visit, received a military guard of honour at the Presidential Palace.
Acknowledging that Myanmar is going through a “challenging time”, India on Tuesday pledged full support to its national peace process and the country’s quest for better connectivity during President Ram Nath Kovind’s wide ranging talks with his counterpart U Win Myint and State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi

Ahead of UNGA Resolution on Chagos, India Faces US-UK Pressure to Lean on Mauritius.
( btw india supported Mauritius)

Nothing is free they always pound some flesh.

This is a imaginary scenario policies are not build on that.
This going ga ga for some country sounds like porki way of diplomacy.
