Just my personal theory,

what if Pakistan and ISI have been feeding wrong intel against INDIA to Chinese all this years, something like bharat is planning this, bharat is planning that.. this fake Intel propaganda campaign might have gotten boost and legitimacy when we abolished 370, and made ladakh as UT? this could have spooked Chinese to take provocative action along the border?

if i was ISI, then i would definitely do something like to make India bleed.

China does not need Pakistani Intel to know what goes on inside India. According to someone knowledgable, 15% of our IAS are Urban Naxals. Which is logical, since, Hindu is prescribed reading.

So, if they have to get information there are bureaucratic wheels, which can provide information as an ideological imperative. Just look at Nirupama Rao, Bhadrakumar, Jawahar Sircar All ex-bureaucrats.

Or, for that matter Panag and Co. Some of these people are in the army too.

All this regional arrogance disappeared at that moment. This is our strength. My Commanding officer's izzat is everything.

Now, we are ready. I dont see fear in the India against a larger force. That loss of blood on 15th June, destroyed it.

when you consider the fact that pak favouring “experts” domestic & foreign are trying to convince us that 370 is responsible for PLA aggression, that theory is not far off the mark. All they had to do is keep crying to their masters repeatedly and keep submitting multiple “dossiers” to CCP.

CCP as an aggressor just needs an excuse, not a reality check.

Th problem with some self serving and self certified experts on this country is that they are so much bound and fixated on some ideas that any one going outside their frame of references has not happened so far.
No one could have imagined in their dreams that Hindu will strike back. That article 370 can be abrogated. That someone could launch a punitive strike into Pakistan. That someone could stand to the Chinese. And when it happens their world of ideas gets shattered and they loose all their composure and balance. It is no wonder that we then hear remarks like "gali ka Gunda or Nathan Ruster becoming Guru of Tiwari or Sibbal.

Heard a live debate on Republic Yesterday and was amazed to see PS Jha in his true Darbari colors. A third class journalist of dark age having no credentials to be a China expert was speaking in such a lowly language to a general who spent half his life dealing with official policies on China.

China is preparing for war on all fronts interestingly. Against Japan, Taiwan, South China sea (multiple countries), and against India.

China's preparation for war in Ladakh is in high gear.

Chinese are masters in low cost manufacturing. They can manufacture arms also the same way - in massive quantities. While rest of the world was cutting down on military after end of cold war, Chinese were ramping up massively.

USA woke up around 10 years ago when it realized what has happened. Since then US military budgets have been rising but the economic power in China's hands is hard to beat.

We are on the verge of a world war. No accommodation with China is possible now.

It is an interanl decision effecting three parties - India, Pakistan and China.
Firstly removal of special status of J&K is an assertion that India does not recognise it as disputed area - thebey daclaring Pakistan and China has no local stndie on the issue.

Secondly. it puts administration of those territories under central govt.
Thirdly. Ladakh as Union territory comprising Aksaichin, Gilgit and Baltistan effects the existing Chinese claims/activities in the ares.

It directly effect the status of shaksgam valley the ceded terrotory the future settlement of which is bound with final settlement if the status of J&K which according to India is finally settled. Hence the ownership of Shaskgam valley will legally shift to India.

Now the only issue is integration of POK and GB with India. China has virtaully no control over the issue except military intervention..

Middle east is already in a mess. Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Libya have conflicts ongoing for many years. Iran is being targeted as we speak.

There is a tug of war for Turkey between east and west. Erdogan wants to bring up Turkish empire, so siding with West is unlikely. Turkey creates a lot of problems for NATO as defence of littoral States of black sea (Romania, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova etc) becomes difficult. It is possible that Turkey can cut off NATO access to black sea.

Many boundaries will be redrawn and many small states will disappear as a result of WW3. The number of countries will go down as many small states cannot defend themselves. Countries like Moldova are simply indefensible. Many countries in central and south America are also at risk which will merge and create larger entities.
