Pakistan and China are different things all together.
We have 35 billion trade with China, with Pakistan barley 1 billion.
We can't declare open hostility towards them.

Very good question, PLAAF have to fuel from places with these resources. Its a surety that PLAAF has to travel to Mainland china to replenish its resources. A major flaw in there deployment is logistics of supply of resources.
