The Army haven't even bothered to take out the Para SF from the Para airborne infantry battalion and place it under a dedicated SF commander. Army haven't even bothered till now to build a combined Special forces Doctrine or a special forces warfare school. The Army haven't thought whether they need these much special force troops in the first place. IA alone has nearly 7000 of them. The combined SF of 3 services are 10,000+. Heck the US SOCCOM that does operations all around the globe 24*7 has only around 8,000 combat troops. What must PM Modi do now? Teach Army 'Introduction to Special operations 101'?
