Jaishankar and Chinese foreign minster are going to meet in Russia.
The country which is having better gains at ground will have uper hand in talks.
Chinese want to neutralize India's edge from Chinese point of view it's fundamental to kick Indian's out in order to have some talks otherwise they will look like idiots.

1) Action, if any, would have been already planned by the Hans and likely to be executed tonight to give them much-needed leverage during the Foreign Ministers' meet.

A statement issued by the People's Liberation Army's Western Theatre Command spokesperson Col Zhang Shuili indicated that India had entered "Shenpao Shan" area, south of flashpoint Pangong Tso.

This is the first time China used "Shenpao Shan" instead of "Heiding", which means "Black Top" and gives away the mountain's ownership to the Indian side. China used the new name "Shenpao Shan" which means "Vulcan Mountain" in an effort to change ownership of the mountain to Beijing.
