China already had 2 rounds of naming, we dismissed it as child’s tantrums, and matter was deemed over. Now, out of nowhere this step.

Modi 3.0. intentionally picking a hardline approach suddenly ? To me it almost looks like we are intentionally poking them to get a reaction.

we are poorly equipped because we are just following the rules , doing peaceful dharna with sticks , pushing and throwing rocks was the SOP . they came in with riot shield , baton . most likely - indian side only realised situation changed after this . then we start using riot shields and larger numbers

We need more and more commissioned officers, more bureaucrats, how will their hefty perks be met out? dhyan se sochiye...

What we need is to make more JCOs and NCOs empowered in our military just like US military does.

Indian Army is too much dependent on Officers for ops just like Russian army. We saw what happened in Russia-Ukraine war. Their officers getting KIAed in war time. This is one of the major issues faced by the Russians. It is halting the war plans of the Russians.

On the other hand our officers getting KIAed in peace time.

One commissioned rank officer down and the whole unit/company folds over like a lawn chair in the conflict zone.
