This article has big list of all proposed tunnels (not that we are going to build all pf them). Are there any updates on the shinku la tunnel, was the contract finally awarded? This is probably on of the most high priority in the list.

100 km tunneling planned for LAC and LoC: All weather road connectivity for Ladakh

At least 10 tunnels running up to 100 km are planned in Ladakh and Kashmir to facilitate smooth movement of military and civilian vehicles.

Among the proposed tunnels one at 17,800 feet needed on the crucial road that will provide an alternate connectivity to Daulat Beg Oldie (DBO) and Depsang Plains in Easten Ladakh in addition to existing road.

The work on the original DBO road was one of the triggers for the current India-China standoff. "A tunnel of about 10 km is needed at Saser La to ensure the 100 km alternate route to DBO can be used through the year.

so like @mist_consecutive said new tunnel will be 10km , crazy . still dont understand how this makes sense.
