on other hand we have to invest heavily on tejas mk2, amca, fgfa.

also have to invest on nirbhay, astra2, lch, akash2 , brahmos

and guess what our defence budget is $billion and what about infrastructure development

and there are new 65000 troops deployed along china borders

their salary, huge money der infrastructure developments like train track, roads

it will cost 6 billion along with maintenance for 10000 km range missile

we also have to develop a vehicle to carry that missile taking the price well over 10 billion
.
AND TO ADD MORE ARMY CLEARLY SAYS THERE IS NO NEED TO DEVELOP SUCH A MISSILE OF RANGE

Where is statement by the army you mention.

I still stand by my statement that testing of ICBM of 10,000 km + is not because we lack money. For you to think that is also showing lack of belief in armed forces and in the future. Our defences budget has allowed our armed forces to carry a wide range and breadth of equipment and manpower and high level of discipline. We are not cheap and of cheapness. In fact many argue we have over spent and pay too much sometimes. Perhaps we can advocate better management of budget but not lack of money. Sure defence budget can be more comparatively to other larger compatriots but our budgets are not small and pertinent to this not preventative for us to test a beautiful ICBM

How much does the gslv mk 3 cost. Why and how (step by step) that has been budgeted but ICBM 10,000 km + has not. The reason is not for lack of money it is other reasons. We have the capability already.

This could be very useful in situation like 2013 Uttarakhand flood disaster.

Its a single engine helicopter, total eight people can sit in it and there is no tail rotor.
