Nopes!! its not any kind of bifurcation.
Govt is restructuring polling areas based on pupolation statistics. It has not been done for long....this has given preferential powers to valley.

Now with restructuring, polling seats will rise in other regions and most probably Jammu will have an upper hand.

Was this the same incident were civilians were killed ? This might not be an accident. Maybe the Pashtun soldiers opened fire on PA personal when they saw their brothers getting mowed down.

Yup, as per news there are plans to redraw electoral constituencies in J&K. Jammu will get more MLA’s as per population ratios in the state.

And Amarnath Yatra is also coming up...
