I have always wondered why do we lack in PR. That is probably the best soft power projection! Most Western units have camera guys embedded within them during ops or trainings to get out some really mind blowing shots and videos. Bundeswehr/Luftwaffe literally produces web series based on their deployments or training ops on their youtube channels.
Bundeswehr has camera teams in every service and actively recruit for that specific purpose. Pretty sure we can get Agniveers to do that based on rotation!

The SF part makes sense. But from regular troops there's SO MUCH that can be done. Yet we have Northern Command putting out videos that seems like were made in the powerpoint presentation format of Windows XP!

You are comparing apples with oranges. What works for them wont work for us and vice versa. They have a whole ecosystem set up right from Planning, executing and recruiting from the GWOT era.
IA has always maintained veil of secrecy for all of its so called SF units. The mass attraction in India is first towards infantry and other general service branches followed by the specialised units.

Well what can be done and what they are willing to do varies. If you just want to focus solely on putting out pictures or videos that can be done. However knowing how IA functions, you will end up with something entirely scripted like the one's from Discovery channel docus or media reports!

Our para jumping capabilities are one of the best in the world no doubt we have one of the best gear while doing combat free fall as seen in recent pics from Paras and we have seen marcos doing para jumps with NODS too keeping up with the world nice to see one place we don't suck
