Yahoodis do cross train but you do know cross training are nothing special barring some excercises
Same With Garuds they do train extensively with Yahoodis infact they follow yahoodis the most but getting a guy to train the troops is tough for us but still for Garuds might be possible
Marcos are doing alright No SEAL team six is sending guys as instructor's but they can hire NATO ex sof definitely If not SEALS Marcos are only ones who actually train with SEALS and SBS so they are actually using their heads for once
NSG seems most likely one who will hire a decent Instructor they were the first ones to get Hari onboard too
If I could give your MOD/whomever has responsibility for your various SOF some advice, it would be spread your wings. Get into contact with the French/Italians/Polish etc and ask to participate in their national SOF exes, They'd be open to it, send teams of guys to Bayonne, Porto Venere, Lubliniec etc.
A lot of this stuff is based on personal relationships, you go train with these units, you do the exes there with them, don't wait for them to come to you.
Your lads start popping up in exes in Europe they will run into all those top tier US units, they participate in those regularly, doesn't matter if it's in the UK, Estonia, Greece or Finland they show up , that's how unit relationships are built. Most of them have little knowledge of Indian SOF because they have no interactions with them, so they don't know the score, you want to step up, you make the move.
I'm telling you it works, it happened with my country's unit, we had no real relationship with UKSF a decade+ back , then there was a national MCT ex we held here, it was shown on the news in the UK (on the move ferry interdiction and HR stuff) later that month the UK embassy in Dublin passed on a letter from the CO of the SBS in Poole asking to get in formal contact to open a relationship...
Someone had seen the story and thought our guys had something to bring to the big boys game.
