And name it F35+5 = F40 as F16+5 is F21 isn't it?
And why would IAF which goes for India specific Enhancement on Rafale would accept such a compromise? Knowing very well that MLU in India can stretch/ get delayed for decades. Example is delay of SU 30 MKI upgrade.
