Mostly natives. So they need not be acclimatised to the environment. They basically extend the area of influence so that local public can go there, visit or stay temporarily, take animals for grazing if any vegetation exists, etc. Slowly population moves towards new locations, open small shops, hutments etc thus proving that land always belonged to India.

71 div and 5 div are very much there protecting the Tawang sector.

Most of our FPs and OPs are not accessible by roads and it may affect mobilization on time.
