I remember Ravi Rilhye. He was director of operations. He writes theory books. Indian military is a lot different than it was in 2000, 2010 now in 2024. He writes books.

If western countries ( read 'murica) was serious about damaging CCP, they would have brought ban hammer on them long time ago, too bad they were deep in Chinese koolaid.

I say it's good, if our star aligns, they will cancel out each other, giving us a world devoid of these two retarded countries.

The 2 retarded countries have kept some semblance of balance of power in the world.

These two cancelling each other out would have devastating short-term consequences for the world, including us.

1. The US is friend-shoring to India right now and we have only started manufacturing smartphones - there are no indigenous innovative capabilities to manufacture smartphones.
2. Despite all the PLIs and other incentives of the government, the bulk of our industrial goods and products come from China, hence the widening trade deficit.
   1. Without a war, the government has no power to force Indian businesses to use Indian manufactured stuff.
   2. Another factor to consider is our high dependence on foreign institutional investors who are finicky and will easily pull out their money once the receding US deep state orders them to from the shadows.
3. Our journey as a semiconductor maker is still taking baby steps, meaning that we are heavily dependent on both of them; on the US through Taiwan/South Korea puppet and on China, through dependence on REMs and cobalt mining share.
   • Till the time India secures its resources and learns how to make 3nm semiconductors in-house, a Sino-US confrontation will send us back by 50 years.
4. In present circumstances, both of them weakening simultaneously is a wet dream at best.
   1. If the West declines, we will have more headaches on our northern borders and if China declines, we will have to face an emboldened US deep state funding all sorts of unrest against us, similar to what they tried in the 90s against us.
   2. It is ideal to keep playing them both off through QUAD and BRICS while managing to secure the world's trust and growing for the next 20 years.
5. Without a power pole to rein psychopaths and terrorists in, the Muslim world will go berserk and will start pillaging again. Europe will become like Darfur due to their weakening but these Islamist cockroaches will also be emboldened to finish what they failed. And I am sure that our governments don't have the guts to commit a mass extermination war against these hordes.

In an ideal world, India and Russia would step forward as the two new power centres if the Chinese and Americans cancel each other. But that is not happening any time soon. Russia is today an insular power and we have way too much chaos inside our borders to be able to take half the planet's responsibility without the resources or technological might.

I would rather they both tear each other down slowly for the next 20 years while we build up our capabilities under strong, Hindutva ruling system.
