Y'all nibbiars, is this technology legit or is it some Sun Tchutiyapa of "Appear weak when you are strong, appear strong when you are weak"
There is nowhere to hide in Tibet. Unless the PLA aims to have a 100% standoff (SOW) war with us, there is nothing they can do beyond some smart camouflage which is visible anyway in an open plateau with no rock formations beyond the immediate Himalayas.
Unless they have discovered the Predator tech in camouflaging, PLA will still be mince meat in a face-to-face conflict.
Their railway lines, ALGs, bridges and motorable roadways are all within clear LOS of our missiles. Restoring railway lines in Tibet is not the same as restoring rail lines in Shanghai or Hissar.
Our only way of dealing with the Chinese is to do what they do with us; infiltrate and capture their territory, dispute their claims, and push them back to negotiate our lands back. The LAC is not fully manned and even with the entire Chinese young population standing on the border, it is impossible to man every post at all times.
The government's irrational fear that the 10-foot chinaman will come for our heads is irrational at best. Post-election, PM Modiji should allow our soldiers to capture territory in unmonitored sectors of the LAC and hold on as much as possible.
The news is genuine. It has the wumaos bristling on twitter.
I wonder why they aren't retaliating in any form. Looks like all that imagery is just fake intimidation. Given that's the closest US military is to mainland China (Kinmen is a stone's throw), they have essentially capitulated.
You got to give it to the Anglo-Saxon barbarians; they really take the step forward knowing full well the risks.
