I really want to know what Dafadar Bhagwat Prasad Yadav do to stop the pla tanks from moving forward, iirc no rounds were fired. And is every tank commanded by an officer, or jco/nco are also assigned as tank commanders?

Maybe he blocked their forward movement with the tank.

See most indian tanks don't have a loader perhaps, as all russkies tanks which we use have auto loders in the turret

Tank Squadrons are exclusively commanded by Officers.
Individual tanks and 3-ship troops can be commanded by a JCO.

There is usually one or two command tanks in a squadron (With more comms linking to the HQ) which are commanded by Officers.
