It's one of those sonic cannons used in riot control.

Now, snow absorbs sounds very well, so what'll happen is it'll be pretty less effective.

And, they haven't thought this through. Riot control sonic canons are short range, if they scaled it up, it'll bounce around in mountains (without snow) and hit back at them too. Might also cause a few mini avalanches I guess (if they engineered it for that, normally it shouldn't).

So during the month of April Chinese started carrying out construction activities in Upper Subansiri District. It's an area between Longju and PLA's C shaped Company Post at Maja, Upper Subansiri District.
Coordinates: 28.6050389, 93.4004721
This construction is approx 2km inside India from Google Earth IB marking.

By August there seems to several structures assembled. It could be new camps to house soilders due to current standoff? Not sure.
Any expert who can help to figure out what it is?

yes but next time we shell these positions we must capture them. The modus operandi of Shelling paki position to send them on backfoot only for them to come back after a few days won't really have any advantage.
