Not really .. u dnt drop nuclear bombs on grasslands and forest or unpopulated mountains . Places ll be cities and high value targets like 3 gorge dams and other dams which can engulf multiple cities with high manufacturing powers .

Some nuclear bombs will get destroyed on ground in an actual war. Some will be shot down. There is a reason why USA keeps around 6000 nukes. All nukes will never find their target.

However a force of 1500 nukes is very expensive. Expense is maintaining firing platforms as well as providing security.

I think we ll use agni 5 for most target whose terminal velocity is 24mac .. I am not sure but i think thats even above pay grade of s400 which is deployed in beiging . Unless s400 can engage at exo atmospheric level which prithivi can do .

Indian Army RFI wants a missile launcher Whap not a BMP turret whap.... Is it possible to mount six missile launchers as well as turret ... how does one fit the gunner? you will need two of them separate for canon and missiles...
