there is no joint venture with EUROSAM for us. we always intended to join the program but without any fruit so far.

while we're developing our own layered air-defence system from lower ranges to high ranges(latest one siper block 2 with 150km range), we still lack true anti-ballistic capabilities. that won't be achieved before 2028 and joining EUROSAM would definitely help our progress.

MURAD AESA radar has flown for the first time!

The radar had been integrated on an F16(for ÖZGÜR modernization programme) and has been flown for the first time. One AESA is also mounted on AKINCI drone and will fly very soon, too.

Hürjet, F16 Özgür, AKINCI, KIZILELMA and ANKA-3 will be equipped with MURAD AESA.

There is no JV!! Deal has not complete with french and Italians
The project was to get a new long range air defense system . Three countries tried to have a system meeting all requirements set by all three countries. It is still waiting final approval from presidents.
Türkiye started its own air defense project in 2011 for low and medium ranges.
But later long range system also started to be developed by roketsan,ASELSAN and TÜBİTAK sage partnership in 2017.
Deal with French-italian consortium was to provide anti ballistic capability ,but Türkiye will make this one on its own ,since deal is not effective any more with Frenchies .Target date is 2028.
Hisar d is naval version of roketsan-aselsan hisar air defense missiles. Block 2 of hisar d will be quad packable. Hisar series have dual pulse engines.
Long range missile siper 1 also will be navalized
Siper 2 has been fired several time slot testing. Currently it reaches 150 km range. With booster added version, siper 2 will reach more than 220-250 km ranges

Hisar-a : iir seeker with ranges up to 15+ km and 12 km altitude
Hisar-o :iir seeker version with up to 25+ km range and 15 km altitude
Hisar-o RF: RF seeker version with up to 35+ km range with 18 km altitude

Siper -1 is booster added version of hisar-o RF, it has more than 100 km range with 18+km altitude
Siper-2 is totally new missile with 150 km range
Siper-2 will have different seeker versions and booster added versions.

Siper and hisar series will be used for naval platforms as well

Looks like Turdogan has taken a leaf out of the CCP playbook. The missiles may or may not be developed but his attack dogs have already proliferated this & many fora like this with "impressive" news & to create an impression in excellent English as it were their first or second language.
