Also you should consider those "growth rates" are appropriate to measure pure liberal financial markets driven economies only, but Russian economy is not such! So you need to use another params to measure it.

All those disasters (except Protons) were shortly before USSR crash and shortly after. It was disastorous times, almost a chaos, just scrapped many people lives and whole production branches (which were restored and improved in Putin's time).

Technology flaws? NO!
All of those cases were caused by human factor, not technology flaws (except Protons). Even Kursk, where somebody in NF liasion department has allowed to use old timed training torpedo on the nuclear sub on 100m depth.

But if you cannot read and understand what you are reading, maybe you should call for a doctor?

Sir if you take GDP in ruble the decline is close to one. Japan is in recession for the last two decades but it is still a industrial power. Technically there is no growth in real wages in US since 1980 but still is a power. France it self is barely escaping the situation in South Europe,but it still a power.

No, it was one of the stupid conspiracy theories for TV.
There was official report on this, with media files included. It showed hydrogen pyroxide torpedo remnants near the tubes Block.
If hydrogen peroxyde contacts with some technical liquids, it explodes and creates massive fire. It's like a thermobaric bomb explosion inside the space limited boat Cell.
Explosion was so vast, that it destroyed all the nose cells including Command post.
That's why there were no centralised resque actions attempted by the crew - half of it does at once including officers, so nobody left to be in charge of it.

It was disastorous time when such a tragedies probability grows expotentially.
It was somebodies crime to load expired torpedo not allowed on nuke subs on Kursk.
Torpedo has leaked in the tube loading process which led to an explosion.

PS: If you laugh on somebodies tragedy (more than 100 people died) then you are even bigger moron than I've thought.
