Our NSG practice such manuvers with paintball guns but I do agree we need some state of the art paintball guns mimicking MP5s and Sig MPX for better real time experience.

I remember pic of a terrorist that RR kad killed in Kashmir. It was a headshot with AK and that dude's head literally had exploded from lateral end spewing inner contents all over the place.
Safe to say he may have been shot from 50mtr distance. 7.62 can do helluva damage when shot from up close.
