Repainting perfectly ok Aks, Vzs in dark brown to orange paint shows how dumb the armourers in our army are. OFB alone cant be blamed as it is the army which demands the colour if army find something nin fruitful then theh can discard it. But here more and more rifles in wooden colours are repainted to neon orange for no reason.
Imma put this quote from my kwora writer fren whose father served in BSF

"When asked him about colour he said

'Leaf Brown' has always been the colour of Indian small arms. Try firing a black rifle at 55 deg C in the deserts of Rajasthan over a long period and you shall get the answer."

Here "him" is the source in armed forces not my friend, just kopy-pasting the discussion as it is.

Why not use sand coloured weapons for deserts?

I remember u telling me this earlier too.. But the brown used by IA earlier is much less orange than the orange ones used by Insas. What ever seems dumb to me.
Btw why the Non-Russian Ak type rifles have folding stocks tl right? With the stocks folded its tough to change the fire selector, where as if it was towards left it would have never been an issue.

Germans have no problem in offering submarines ,and lynx IFV to india but for a small hk416 they have hooman right issues, stupid krauts
It depends on what youโ€™re buying, you can use submarines only against enemy navy or land force, but small arms can cause more damage to civil population if not used with humanity and discipline so... anyways fuck them, their hooman rights track record is worst in world.
