If AR carbine is what IA wants, why not copy Colt 723 carbine? This one served in Mogadishu against Somalian skinnies(black hawk down) and was very popular among Delta operators. Just modify front part to accomodate an M-LOC rail, top picatinny cover, a fiesty compensator with quick attachable suppressor.
Those porrks have lately been using CNC machines and making damn fine 1:1 copy of M4A1(with non rifled barrel and chinky firing pin).

MCX is twice as costly as AK-203, MCX is a Special Forces firearm not an infantry weapon, if it costs more then it’s domestic production will be beneficial as India will be making those.

Depends. If the MCX platform is downgraded, i.e. make use of conventional barrel instead of changeable one, it'll cost significantly less. We've seen that Sig can be very competitive in this regard. They may come up with a DI MCX, i.e. an AR-15 with an internal buffer and foldable stock. Or just do the former. They have a huge market in India, and I don't see why they won't capitalize.

SCAR-L is not useful but SCAR-H is best for many roles, it is very god like rifle.

It's got a rattly dust cover, subpar gas system and the charging handle position makes it difficult to shoot from awkward positions and it's 'godlike rifle'. lmao

If the gun is cleaned regularly, workmanship is good and the system is well sealed, DI is amazing. Cheap, lightweight, accurate and reliable enough. There's a reason why IA uses the Sig 716i in high altitude, where reliability is the most important aspect of a firearm. There's also a reason why US Army, USSOCOM, UKSF, IDF etc. are holding on to their DI guns. They work.

I don’t know what will army do with 200m range firearms, 94000 carbines for CQB is understandable but 4,00,000 CQB carbines requirement by Army smh that wtf are they going to do with it?

To add to this, IA is not some untrained mujahideen whose men live in caves and don't know how to even strip their guns. AFAIK, guns are cleaned regularly.
