PLA deployment along LAC is comparatively lower than IA deployment on Indian side as most of their equipment and men are stationed outside Tibet. So in case of hostilities with india they will need to move in equipment into Tibet making them vulnerable to IAF preemptive strikes.Also there will be acclimatisation problem for PLA soldiers.On the other hand Indian soldiers are permanently stationed close to the border and the airlift capability of IAF was clearly demonstrated during Operation Chequerboard in 1986 when IAF airlifted 35000 right up to the chinese border.By September-October, an entire Indian Army brigade of the 5th Mtn. Division was airlifted to Zimithang, a helipad very close to the S-C valley. Referred to as Operation Falcon this involved the occupation of ridges overlooking the S-C valley, including Langrola and the Hathung La ridge across the Namka Chu rivulet. At peak there were 60000 indian soldiers were present in Arunanchal Pradesh whereas china was able to move only 20000 troops from the 53rd Army Corps in Chengdu and the 13th Army in Lanzhou.
PLAAF currently maintains only 2 fighter jet squadrons in Tibet Autonomous Region which the rotate every 2 months as PLAAF lacks proper facility to store and maintain fighter jets at their airbases in Tibet. Have a look at Lhasa airbase which is the largest one in Tibet using Google maps you will find most of their fighters taking sunbath while if you look at indian airbases along China border such as one in Leh you will find we have proper blast proof shelters for aircrafts.

And for Pakistan their country is currently not in position to wage a war. They have just $12 billion forex reserve left and they won't be able to do anything once their WWR gets depleted in a week due to high intensity fighting.

Pakistani Army to plant IEDs at their own posts along LoC to counter cross-border raids by Indian special forces

The Pakistani Army has formed special units to plant improvised explosive devices (IEDs) at their own posts along the Line of Control (LoC) possibly to counter cross-border raids by Indian special forces.

According to intelligence sources, the decision to plant IEDs, including in Poonch, was taken at a recent meeting between the Pakistani Army and the Inter-Services Intelligence officers.

Pakistani Army's Special Service Group, 59 Baloch Regiment, 644 Mujahid Battalion, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed have been tasked with planting IEDs and landmines along the LoC, according to intelligence sources. The Pakistani Army has tasked militants waiting to infiltrate Kashmir with the twin job of planting IEDs and targeting Indian security forces in the state.

Defence expert Major General (Retired) PK Sehgal told India Today that the Pakistani Army plans to ambush Indian soldiers using IEDs along the LoC. "There are reports that the Pakistani Army is planning to inflict heavy casualties on the Indian side by planting IEDs in Rajouri and Poonch. But the Indian Army is alert and is capable enough to counter this tactic," he said.

On April 1 last year, one Indian soldier was killed along the LoC in Poonch when an IED went off. On October 4, 2014, another soldier Akshay Godbole, who was on patrol, was killed again in Poonch when an IED apparently planted by militants with the help of Pakistani Army went off.

In 2016, the Defence Research and Development Organisation developed portable jammers to end the danger of IEDs during patrolling by Indian soldiers. Subsequently, one soldier of every patrol team is equipped with the jammer. The jammers were inducted to ensure safety of soldiers during patrolling after a series of IED blasts.

Pakistan has always been accusing India for all it's internal problems. It's time now our intelligence agencies make Pakistanis worst fears come true. Pakistan should burn internally and from its borders.

We haven't yet openly raised Balauchistan freedom fighters movement with U.S. and our allies. There are other freedom fighters groups in Pakistan that India should support. We should train more Afghanistan intelligence officials in intruding into Pakistan and do their work.

India has so far followed the principle of "live and let others live". It's time now to follow Chanakya Niti. If a thorn has hit us, we should take that plant out and put honey in its roots so that roots are eaten by ants. Pakistan should be finished from within. I hope Indian intelligence agencies change their policies and actively do the things which Pakistan has been accusing us for.

What makes you think we are not doing it. ??? For all we may know it may already be happening covertly. And there is no need to discuss Balochstn with USA. US wont agree destabilising Pakistan which coud sabotage its operations in Afghanstn.

New Delhi: Retaliating against ceasefire violations along Jammu and Kashmir’s Line of Control (LoC), the Indian Army on Thursday killed two Pakistani soldiers in the state’s Bhimber Gali sector.

The Pakistan Army on Thursday resorted to shelling, firing of small arms, automatics and mortars in the Bhimber Gali sector along the Line of Control. The government has already recorded 200 ceasefire violations in 2018 alone. The ceasefire violation was initiated at around 8:45am.

“Pakistan had resorted to unprovoked firing and we gunned down two of their soldiers, which was also confirmed by their side. This kind of tit-for-tat has been going on since December. This has become a routine affair now,” an Indian Army official said on condition of anonymity.

Persons familiar with the developments, speaking under condition of anonymity, said army troops were being deployed to Jammu and Kashmir “as more reinforcements are urgently required at the moment.” However, a former Indian Army officer, who did not wish to be identified, said these could be routine exercises which are conducted by the army. “These skirmishes have been on since 2003 when Pakistan chose to violate the ceasefire,” this former officer said.

A home ministry official said on condition of anonymity that immediate and effective retaliation by the Indian Army and the Border Security Force personnel is carried out during unprovoked fire and ceasefire violations, and that the matter is also taken up with Pakistani authorities.

An intelligence official said with the snow melting, not only was it indicative of cover fire being given to nearly 300 terrorists who were waiting to infiltrate into Kashmir, it was also a method to keep the Indian Army psychologically engaged at the LoC.

“At the moment, the situation has escalated. Pakistan has taken to using loudspeakers to tell people to clear out from the areas. It is currently engaging in psychological warfare and it will never escalate matters to a full-blown artillery battle because our military might is far greater,” the official said on condition of anonymity.

According to the centre’s statistics, increased shelling by Pakistan since 14 February has left 19 Indians dead, of whom 10 are security personnel while nine are civilians. Another 80 people have been injured.

A defence expert said even though ceasefire violations had increased since 2003, India’s surgical strike in September 2016 had irked Pakistan, which was now trying to cause frequent Indian casualties on a small scale.

“Since the surgical strike, both sides have stepped up firing. Pakistan targets the Hindu-dominated villages in J&K or tries to create small-scale casualties by striking the Indian Army and we in turn strike their posts and by default, their villages get targeted too. India only has the option of a limited engagement with Pakistan in J&K,” said Lt. Gen (retd) H.S Panag.

The government’s records also show that Pakistan violated the ceasefire 840 times in 2017, and that since the beginning of this year it has been responsible for 200 violations.

Meanwhile, Indian deputy high commissioner in Islamabad J.P. Singh was summoned by the Pakistan foreign office on Thursday to protest against the cross-border fire, a person aware of the development said.

“The deliberate targeting of civilian populated areas is indeed deplorable and contrary to human dignity, international human rights and humanitarian laws. The ceasefire violations by India are a threat to regional peace and security and may lead to a strategic miscalculation,” the Pakistan foreign office said in a statement, on Thursday evening.

It could go on for a few months or couple of years. Whatever it takes to economically wreck pakistan to a point of no return. Its not just LOC but also Afghan border, FATA and Baluchistan and karachi. Only thing thats holding that moth eaten country is the fear of porki army. Once they are neutered and shown to be the cowards they really are, pakistan will crumble from within.
