You're drowning in some propaganda. NATO has consistently proved itself to defeat any sort of enemy with military force in a reasonable time. Occupation after the battle is a separate thing. I am talking about the war-fighting potential, not administration.

By the logic you use, even Alexander the Great or Zorawar Singh did not win any wars, because even though they crushed their enemies, they did not effectively administer the areas they won.

Alexander administered 100% of the territory he conquered, for nearly 7 years post conquest- till he died.
He didnt win a battle and then lose the war, with his enemies regaining control of their lands.

Did india start any of these wars? A wars result is won by its objectives- NATOs objectives to overthrow the Taliban and even largely defeat ISIS failed. Indias objective, status Quo, in both 65 and 71, was achieved, as in 99.

Most skilled and talented people have left Russia at the beginning of war with steady flow out constantly.
Now people who don't want to get mobilized will now try to immigrate out. These are not always the most skilled and talented people.
European countries also have a limit to number of Russians immigrant they can accommodate without straining or annoying or alienating local popule.

Really? I'm not convinced that Europe has recieved so many Russians that it can't accommodate.
