BTW, Dassault must find a way to retract that refuelling probe that sticks out like an abnormality or mutation (of a finger) on an otherwise beautiful Rafale face if Dassault does not like Rafale to light up like a Christmas tree in a Russian or Chinese fighter's radar:

Mind you even Rafales also have low fuel when it's doing demos and yet it's acrobatics are not as impressive as that F-35 in Paris that is actually still limited to 7g due to softwares.

Nothing special : it's an attack plane. No need of high AoA or superb G ability for such mission.

F35 is a new king of Torando : a pure attack plane. But when they tried to developp a fighter model (Tornado ADV), it was a failure.
Only a nice radar, some medium range missile and that's all. Perfect to go straight.

Don't be silly. Just answer my question above, can Rafale match the low speed high AOA maneuverability of the F-35? I posted 2 F-35 videos above as point of comparison. Now, show me Rafale's low speed high AOA maneuver video. If Rafale can do it then I'm dure there'll videos of it since Rafale has been showing off longer than F-35 has been in existence.

And that F35 on display is still even limited to 7Gs... And more importantly, the F35 can do these maneuvers while carrying weapons.

Hence, I will say it again, every tender that the F35 went against Rafale or EF the F35 won. It is simply the better aircraft.

Well F-35'A with block 3F software can attain 9G with a full internal payload and fuel, Rafale can't do 9G with a comparable load.

Actually it would be a small miracle if IAF itself orders more Rafale regardless of what non sense chatter is out there, I fully support the need to bring Rafale number to 90-100 i.e 1 sqd for every air command.

The Carrier competition is a toss-up and the SH block- 3 is better suited for IN.

The F-35 will outsell the EF, Rafale, Gripen, and every other 4.5 gen fighter put together. It may not be the best A2A fighter or the best ground pounder, but it combines a mix of abilities while bringing next gen sensor fusion, sensors and tech. It's a single engine multirole fighter and it will full fill that role 100% and will do so quite well for decades through continuous upgrades. In any real combat scenario VS anybody else combined with the F-22, the US F-35 will have a significant edge while deploying it's widest set of tools. Combine that with a wide set of AFs from Japan, Israel, SoKo, Norway, Denmark, Britian and so many other operating it, by 2021-22 the tactics will have evolved to a stage where any pilot would be confident taking on the toughest comers.

Now whether sales are acheived though bribes, through nations sucking off uncle sam's or any other means is a matter of no concern. Even Rafale export sales so far are nothing but shady including the sale to India, so it is wiser for the Frenchies to focus on the aircraft's merits and not the methods used for a sale.

IMO F-35 should the best candidate for the SEF competition since the timelines are perfectly fine for this to be acquired. It's either this or 200 more orders of LCA MK-1A or MK-2.

Look at the time in the Paris demo video I indicated above where the F-35 slows down with nose consistently pointed upwards. That maneuver is a demonstration of F-35's slow speed and high AOA capabilities.

The second video shows the turning and nose pointing capabilities if the F-35.

Both video clips are impressive and Rafale looks like a turkey with stiff neck compared to the F-35, Rafale simply cannot match these capabilities of the F-35.

No name-calling cannot change the fact that you cannot show me proof that Rafale has better low speed handling qualities than the F-35. Noob my @rse!
