Ukraine is a part of Russia from the beginning of the world. There were no Ukrain ever in a history.
Crimea is a Russuan land which was given to Ukrainian SSR by Khruschev in 1960-s in the bounds of common USSR territory.
Crimea is insulated by a blood of Russian troops and marines by each meter.
Noone have the right for it except Russia.
And this is not the end. All the Baltic states were bought for 1.5 million rubbles from Sweden after Sweden war. So Baltics will be Russian until 2020
But nobody wants to conquer Germany or France or the others. It's just American scarry tails to make you fight for their interests by your hands.

Crimea is not French fight. Even Ukraine is not ready to die for Crimea despite its boasts.

The entire fighting has occurred in Donbas. No fighting in Crimea. That proves something.

There are so many conflict going in. How many concern French?

It is just a game of thrones. Russia is scary because Uncle says so.

International situation is so volatile. First it was NATO attacking other countries on one pretext or other, now Sunni Muslims have formed a bloc with the same intention.

Muslim insurgencies are being financed by States with hardline and extreme ideologies who are supposedly friends of USA and France.

States are being destabilized and a crude and destructive game of wielding power through sabotage is on.

Russia has the right to defend its interests and sovereignty and I approve of Russian actions despite French disliking.

My thinking is eventually Indian government will also see through the game.

But Russia will not give EU a nazi riot and junta in Kiyev for sure. I'm not sure if it will be in form of Russian tanks in Berlin and Paris (despite EU has deserved this for sure), probably not, but it will be painfull, miserable and very well rememberable for EU.

Your govt has sold Mistrales to Egypt with Russian permission only while Russians wanted to arm their middle ally on Muddle East. In the opposite DCNS would be forced to sunk them.

A super power? There is no superpower today. US are looking Inside their own borders. China is growing and it will probably be the next superpower. Russia is to weeak, even if you're better.... but oïl price is a new threat for you.

Our only link with USA is NATO. To have a unit army and politic entity, it's that our goal.
