From what I heard people talk and on reddit it's a sniper course one is basic one meant for infantry snipers is my guess and 1 is advance course for sf I presume started in 2020 or 21 I don't remember the year but it is a recent thing

P.S- I think they even talked about it in new para documentry on how new courses have them always work with spotters no more use of the term marksman and in the advance course they mentioned something about snipers using some kind of advance equipment which I presume is just a compass which reads humidity and wind but you guys are more knowledgeable in that field so you guy's would know better about such equipments

All you mentioned above - Spotter + Tech + Kit can be applicable to a Marksman as well. Sniping is not about Shooting. Shooting is a small part of being a sniper. Shooting is 100% of being a Marksman.

Marksmen are embedded in a squad to provide accurate long range fire and suppression capabilities.
I dont know what you are talking about, I have never heard of marksmen having a spotter ever,
Marksmen do not operate independently, they dont have the requirement of "tech" that snipers do,they do not operate in ghillie suite unless entire squad is doing so (primarily for recce ).
Shooting is not a small part of being a sniper.

Teach them Fieldcraft + ISTAR

Marksmanship does not learn Advanced Fieldcraft + ISTAR capabilities.
They do not need spotter + kit.

From what I have gleaned over the years of reading and interacting with Snipers including USMC Sniper/Scouts is that the most valuable Kit of a Sniper is actually the Radio.

The Spotter Sniper Duo being a DM or Sniper is semantics if the Duo are only deployed within a limited AO to provide long range firepower to a Squad.

Where do we employ snipers independently on Solitary Missions. IMO its not part of the IA Manual AFAIK (but ofcourse things are evolving)

A Sniper needs to be able to operate independently - sometimes many 10s of KMS infront of the line/behind enemy lines - Solitarily. A Sniper needs to be able to conceal and manouver in the middle of an enemy nest. HAs to be able to gather , analyze and diseminate information - link Main Line troops, ISR and / or guide in assaulters onto a target (SOF) - Modern Snipers operations are very very complex.
