others are carrying L3Harris RF-7850S but his whip is different also does not resemble RF-7800M/7850M 's whip generally used

IMHO the one the operator is wearing doesn't seem to resemble the Racal Cobra. If you notice, the one worn by the operator has a flat bottom and has a larger footprint than the Racal Cobra but a smaller footprint than Peltors or anything similar.
That probably isn't a COMTAC but a single ear comms headset. Could even be double ear cause in none of the pics can we see the operator's right side.

Brother this is rf 7850M only, they are compatible with multiple antennas in their operating range depending upon the mission set and variable terrain.

Yeah I was talking about the rightmost guy. The rest of them are using either Bowmans or Racals.

Ig these comtacs have come along with latest communication devices which were procured recently

They literally JUST procured it. And if I'm not mistaken, it is a VERY capable vehicle. So at least in that no immediate improvement is necessary.
