As far as the physique goes a lean physique with good strength is better than being bulky for SF.

I am 90 kgs at 182 cms and i need a lot of resources through the day to maintan.

Problem here is that on a daily basis i get to see unfit Capf guys at airports or police guys in markets who have a bulging belly abd skinny arms which goes on to show what culture is there in the forces.

this thread is so damn boring and repetitive now, our sf does not have equipment that western sof have because our sf don't actually do many "special" operations, they just do the job of special infantry so they have the equipment you would expect special infantry to have .Our forces' mindset is more of a hindsight dominant mindset, we don't really think forward much, so change will come when we fall on our face or get in a conflict where sf needs to be used as sf
