Do as you will, grandpa. Do I sound like someone who cares?? And try to grow a thicker hide if you wanna last here.
You and I are both anonymous persons out in the Internet, I am here to learn and any sort of constructive criticism regarding my point of view is welcome. But that does not mean we start abusing other party if you don't find his point view appealing.

I'm from Himachal. And as for the standard Indian diet, I agree with you wholeheartedly - it sucks bollocks. But the thing is, I have been on a protein and fat heavy diet for a very long time. I mean, I can't even remember when was the last time I had white rice. (We in our family eat quinoa by the way), and yes, I'd say I'm quite lean but I can't put on muscle for some reason. Perhaps I have a high metabolism.
aim for 1-2kg gain per month, progressive overload, and train to failure, there's no way you won't gain muscle if you train properly

I mean look at contrasts man, talking about SEAL Team 6
Justin Sheffield and Don Mann for example look very lean and were snipers and recce guys in the teams. Justin talks in his book "Mob VI" that they traversed through the roughest climbs and Don Mann was a triathlete. Look at others like Eddie Penny and DJ Shipley, they were breachers and thus very bulky compared to the rest. Eddie talks about in his book "Unafraid", that their were people who were very lightly built, even short in height and were preferably the lead climbers and point-men of the team.

no alot of navy seals involved were scumbags. The real guy who killed osama is still in sevice, the person we think killed him was the one who canoed him.
You guys have to do a deep dive.
Rob O’Neil is full of it BUT he sounds like a damn capable operator if not a bit of a loudmouth

‘Bisonnet’ is the other guy, same as the above I guess

‘Red’ seems like the real deal- capable but a silent professional (not very SEAL like)

More like few hundred but rest of the post is accurate. It was indeed a botched operation.
In red wings? Nope. It was utter BS spread by Marcus and by all accounts he’s a pariah in the SEAL community

the US’s own intel said the team was never engaged by more than 15-20.

it wasn’t even a SEAL team but SDV who botched everything from the planning to execution because they were so desperate for a piece Of the action. By all accounts the bad guys uncovered the SDV team by finding their fast ropes (that the team just left in the open) and following their Tracks (that the team didn’t bother to cover)

I’ve seen a few credible guys saying that most of the team were found with full mags

Meanwhile Indian military which has zero won wars is the only military to surrender to female militants.
Who rated Indian military as 4th best? It’s more like 4th worst in whole world!

‘Firepower’ ratings where they’ll weight a MiG-21 on par with a F-35 in raw numbers.

quality is hard to measure but we all know who we’d bet on if the Indian military went up against a NATO force even half its strength…..

Yeah ikr 1 American soldier = 10 Indian soldiers. India lost all wars and has zero military successes. Worst army in the world on par with Pakistan. Happy?

1 American soldier with proper training, equipment and the mammoth support infrastructure of the US military is probably worth a squad of the IA (at least) yes. Heck a US infantryman with proper C&C, ISR linked to him and LPVO (with built in ballistic computers) would make life hell for a decent number of IA grunts running at him in their fibreglass helmets, hand signals and iron sights

this applies to conventional warfare, CT/COIN is a different story and numbers will matter.

It's very much agreed upon, even on this thread that our forces were top tier and they started lagging and falling behind world standards in the late 90s and especially after GWOT heated up.
Top tier forces which lose every war it fights🤣

Of course , your comparing an army with a 10000:1 kill ratio to one which lost every war it’s fought
