Haha well yea probably borrowed from infantry for excercise but I think major sahani or someone ex sf said in some yt interview that some sigs are used as dmrs so maybe those have sights like nsgs

bump helmets, skater boy elbow pads, iron sights, no plates in PCs, paper thin ‘ballistic’ shields etc etc

No but it’s a serious question. Why would one unit ‘borrow’ anything from another unit? This was a pre planned exercise not an ad hoc operation, if you’re saying paras can’t even plan simple logistics now then there’s a lot more questions that need to be asked than the fact that they seem to think being SF means running around like skaters

Looks like they have plates in that plate carrier...who would have thought of that idea.
