And you probably never will. Skill development protocols are very hush-hush in the SF.
It's not that you don't get to see how our SFs conduct their drills. There are more than enough videos from exercises like Vajra Prahar that show how we do it.

Even a cursory look would tell you what all is outdated by several decades here. These stances were used by Western SOF in 60s through 80s. Nobody leans forward (the guy in front is actually throwing his weight back), nobody puts their non-dominant side leg forward to get into a more balanced stance (try it out yourself, stand like that and ask a friend to push), nobody uses a thumbs-forward grip (maximizes contact of non-shooting palm with grip, minimizing muzzle flip) and instead some are using the old "cupping" grip while others the thumbs-crossed grip...even in that there is no standardization...in the pic you can see each Para commando is holding the pistol a different way.

Some examples of correct 'modern' stance & grip:

Even Russians adopted the same:

At least IAF Garuds seem to be experimenting with some modern methods, though it seems far from standardized:

Even CISF VIP Security units are ahead in that regard:

Garuds have nothing to lose. They don't have any huge body of work behind them, therefore on the flip side it makes them flexible as they are not burdened by tradition. Paras are. This is based on what I see.

Likely true - but that just means Paras are inflexible wrt training doctrines. And that's never a good thing.

Low-vis versions exist of most flags...

Though it is more difficult to create good low-vis versions of those flags that rely more on colours rather than identifying elements (for example, stars), like the Roosi flag for example:

But we do have the Ashoka Chakra so it should be somewhat better for us. Never seen one though.

Bruh
That is not low vis
You just went into photos editor and dialled the brightness down to zero lol 😂
That actually works well enough - that's what the Russians do, too. Kinda.

You wash out the colours with an overwhelming green hue (or tan in desert theatres).

Something like this would be rather good (downloaded a clear flag image, and did this in MS Paint, nothing but 3 different shades of Olive Green):

...provided they don't get prosecuted for defacing the flag.
