Its possible they may pull out the NVGs once its dark (remember, most operators in J&K have their squad vehicle close by with all equipment, they're not like US SOF in Afg that has to carry a lot of stuff on their person itself).

However, I also believe they are largely using the PEQ's illuminator in combination with BEL PNVS weapon-mounted night sights at the moment.
