Why do we have to limit these ops to borders when we have internal enemies everywhere! Look at my state Kerala; can go, rogue, if not for RSS and a few good cops! why can't we employ SF personnel in these states for intel gathering and if needed take action?

My question is, is this kind of SF deployment possible?

Its an overkill. That task should be given to local IB operatives. But I doubt we have such strategic thinking . We don't have a security focussed deep state

No. This js a very old picture that is doing the rounds again. Most likely ITBF and other CAP units that are there for security for embassy / BRO, infra projects etc.

Though RAW obviously does have a presense which is again obviously Pakistan/BalA focused. The above picture is simply way to overt to be SG/RAW
