All the obsession over MARCOs and these guys quietly showed them up badly not just in equipment but drills also
Really??
Nothing released yet to show South Korean drills better than MARCOS.
Nothing can even be derived from the videos/pics released till now from RIMPAC.

If you have more videos/photos of Koreans and MARCOS, please do share.

Koreans are literally flexing in rimpac .they have bought their HK and aren't in most cases using the host guns .

The video in the last page of VBSS drills showed some very mediocre drills and low dynamism from MARCOs. I know guys on here are very touchy about this subject but if you observe their movements and actions and don’t just drool over still pictures of some relatively decent gear updates your impressions will be the same

lol and MARCOs aren’t doing the exact same thing with their COMTACs and helmet covers/badges? At the exact same time as RIMPAC an operational MARCOs unit was posted to this thread and you could see the reality of their frontline guys- they had outdated PCs, some of them were wearing ACHs and there wasn’t a COMTAC or helmet cover anywhere to be seen

Comtacs and helmet covers are nothing to flex .they are basic kit for any SF other than us .

Be specific, there are hardly two videos with any form of drill

Their retention/presentation skills for the assault rifles in a confined space are very poor and present the barrels around doorways which is a big no no

Their movements down the staircase are very slow and uncoordinated, the third man looks totally clueless.

In the first video we saw from RIMPAC of them where they are doing shooting drills-

some of them are using the hand guard as a grip (which again is a big no no) and their shooting in general is too deliberate and low energy compared to the other units there

Their handling with the roleplayer is less than aggressive and leaves a lot of opportunity for an attack to develop.
Could it be because they have honed their skills more on a bullpup platform ? It's a big stretch by me

It doesn’t help for sure, Tavor can’t be manipulated anywhere as easily as a traditional pattern rifle especially in confined spaces. But then I am not convinced that they would be much better without this experience given their demonstrated stills with their AKs and even MP5s

For the second video there were some Koreans doing that too, there was nothing much of a difference in shooting in the second some could be attributed to the gun which they were using from their regular bullpup

Can you be more specific ? Any links ? Vids ? Not just words
See my post above.

I’m not going to debate this endlessly, you all have eyes and can see for yourselves the shortcomings, some just don’t want to and that’s something you have to come to terms.
