Not everyone took part in every thing, Japs missed out on many too. Koreans had the second biggest contigent after the US IIRC.

Poor planning then, not every day they get the opportunity to exercise on this scale with the best of the best

Much has been said about Tier system in US SoFs,Spetsnaz ,Israeli SFs etc…What about UK SFs ? There are only teo ie SbS and SAS as per osint..Are there any forces equalent to ST-6 or Delta inside UK SF within SAS and SBS

I believe there's a unit called "The Increment" or E Squadron, within UKSF.

SAS and SBS are the are the T1 equivalent i belive and SFSG exist to support them and they have other units too

Army just has Para SF, so they don't really need to decide with just 1 option on the table

The SAS, SBS are the British SMU equivalent to ST6 & Big D. There is no British equivalent directly to US army SF.

But their are multiple para sf battalion right they all have their own speciality they operate in? And there has to be some kinda system right like some units who get the new gear first?

The battalions used to have different specialisations in terrains and ops but no longer is that true. Whom to send depends on who is closest and/or under which command the AO falls under.
About gear, since the Tavors I don't think there has been any central procurement of equipment for the SF. It's always been by their respective commands. And usually because the Northern Command sees the most action, SF under them i.e. 9 Para and 4 Para tend to get the best equipment first.
Procurement of equipment for the Army SF is pretty much a joke tbh.

Doesn't matter who it comes under. For now AFSOD is an independent entity and probably the info isn't out in the open but AK Dhingra has had successors. AFSOD had an exercise last year too, DANX-21. AFSOD is a pilot project for a future joint special ops command so when that happens, AFSOD will be absorbed under that.
And why I said it doesn't matter is because right now, I don't think AFSOD will be making any independent purchases. It is just bringing the best operators from the SF pool with their respective equipment and deploying them as a team.
