Germans use them with German Air Force. They also export such system to western countries which is a big market.
If I am not wrong, such systems are even used in civilian aircraft handling.
In India we don't have level of automation as it is available with Germany or West.
Cost of labor is cheap in India compare to West.

germany is integrated into western/nato.

Mototok’s Tugs are used in Civil Airports as well as adapted to military use on Aircraft Carriers and military bases. They have the entire European market to cater to.

I would also like to add India-Russia trade dwarfs in comparison to PRC-Russia trade.
India-Russia total trade in 2021 was USD 8.1 billion. During the same time PRC-Russia trade was around ~USD 135 billion.
For Russia, PRC is more important that India; though this will not matter to Russia, they will sell anything to anyone who pays them.
India is not even in list of top 10 trading partners for Russia while Russia is not in top 20 list of largest trading partners for India.

Oil imports are temporary till the war progresses.
We are not buying oil from Russia because Russians are selling at discounted rate. This is all temporary and will end some day.
This is the same reason why PRC is also buying oil at bulk.
PRC in fact has bought more oil. With upcoming and existing gas pipeline Russia is more tilted towards PRC than India.

If you look at the graph you can identify all oil imports are post Ukraine invasion when Russians started selling oil at discounted rate.
Once Russians stop offering this discount, our oil import from Russia will reduce dramatically.

I dont think s-400 is such sophisticated to detect signature of f-35 at this range still if F-35B stays in west coast towards Malacca its safe.

Not official data. These map circles are based on assumption that they even cover 1000KM.. I would believe it provides decent detection for only 400KM.

Even 400 kms is quite big can cover up few cities in itself if placed strategically
