INDIA TV reports in:
at the negotiations Chinese are demanding that INDIA at pangong lake should fall back to finger 2 while they will fall back to finger 6. they are very stubborn and adamant about this. (typical 2 step forward and 1 step back policy).

IA commanders have also been very clear they should restore status quo as per april 2.

i don't think this negotiations are heading nowhere. waste of time.

Question to @IndianHawk @LETHALFORCE. Anyone else can also chip in it would be great.

You 2 were talking about the Engine JF-17 selected for their block-3. That Pakistanis still don't want to trust Chinese Engine says something. Because in some articles I read Chinese confidently said their engines can survive core temperatures of upto 2,000C and 2000 flight hours used in J-10s and other aircraft. Even one western analyst said Chinese have arrived on stage when it comes to Jet Engine development. But how much they have improved? Have they built anything close to GE-F404 used in our LCA Tejas in operation right now?

Another question with respect to AWACS and RADARS. Pakistan has 2 types in operation. One is Swedish SAAB Erieye 2000 and another is Chinese Shaanxi ZDK-03K Eagle. Swedish platform is more expensive even though AWACS platform is run on turboprop and they are always one phone call away from Uncle Sam to not provide support and sell anymore of SAAB Erieye 2000. But Pakistanis recently still went for SAAB Erieye 2000 discarding Chinese ZDK-03 Eagle. Does it mean Chinese haven't matured in Radars? The talk of the town with respect to their purchase of S-400 from Russia is they wanted RADAR tech used in S-400 more than the air defense they need.

In short I am asking how far Chinese have progressed with respect to Jet Engine technology and AWACS? Looking at Pakistan's choices, whenever they have a option for going for Western tech, they always go for Western tech over Chinese tech even though they are damn expensive for struggling economy with peanut forex reserves.

The chinese still are struggling to mature the single crystal fan and still have a shelf life of a engine between 300 to 1500 hours that they are still struggling with their WS 10 engine despite being the programme initiated in 1987 for 34 years they have not able to succeeded in the turbine technology and where it comes to radar's the Chinese Awac's are still in initial stages and are maturing fast's

Chinese build-up faces roadblocks in Galwan Valley.
The grand deployment of the Chinese troops in the Galwan river valley seems to have been cut-off into several parts due to an overflow into the river, satellite imagery reviewed by India Today TV shows.

The high-resolution satellite imagery, captured by Planet Labs satellites on June 25, 10 days after the unfortunate brutal combat in the Valley, suggests that the newly-built Chinese roads have washed away.

The imagery also shows the reclaimed area in the valley, which the Chinese troops created by artificially reducing the width of the river, has also been filled with water, effectively cutting off the rear flank from middle and forward positions.

There are still no signs of a pullback by China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in the Galwan Valley yet even as the Indian and Chinese military commanders reached a “consensus to disengage” from all “friction areas”.

The large PLA tents on the southern bank of the river are visibly cut off from the vehicles stationed at the northern bank as the bridge connecting the banks has been washed away.

The images analysed by India Today TV suggests that the newly reclaimed land created by the PLA troops by reducing the width of the river in the valley has also been lost in some parts due to the overflowing water.
