If we have two active AC, then we can effectively block all traffic over IOR from crossing over. Ships will be forced to loop around Australia to get to China. Can kill large part of economy this way, though they will probably be able to cover fuel disruption by buying from Russia.

Just need to cover Jakarta to the north and south with ACs, Andaman and Nicobar can be handled by destroyers, frigates and land based systems.
