I suppose Modi. The Nehru jibe could be because of his tendency to have cordial relations everywhere
Because he said in Parliament Koi nahi ghussa, which is pretty same to Neheru saying not a blade of grass grows so no need to do anything.

What Hellfire is saying is the local army level has been empowered more so more tactical level pitai like this might become more common. When the political chain of command doesn't have to deliberate and pass down every decision, there's more agility to responses. The logistics and supply lines seem to also be made so that these quick decisions can be supported.

In short, don't expect war but expect more bearing of chinese at small scale.

Agree, nothing about the post makes sense.
Makes sense.

Surprising indiaction from mr nehru 2.0.

Read it again.

Hellfire is surprised that modi showed tendency of being nehru wrt china (till now). Now he is surprised that modi started behaving like Modi due to the past record of Modi govt wrt china he has been addressing him as nehru 2.0.

Now China is preparing and Modi has given free hand to quietly oblige the pla with answers on ground.

A MQ-9B is flying in Uttarakhand now. Keeping tabs on the other side.

Looks like the entire LAC from Eastern Ladakh to AP is active and our forces aren't taking any chances. This time if Chinese PLA decides to intrude unnoticed in another sector and indulge in another round of salami slicing , they will be in for a ride surprise.

This has happened with Pakistanis SSG they had tried this in Gujarat in 1965 I guess.
Yeah . But arriving slowly with parachutes holding some hockey sticks and running 100s meters towards melee area is weird . It might shock the enemy making them think what the fck they are up to .

"Senior Indian Army sources" aka Ajai Thookla? It's not even news that small scale clashes are common.

Border "confrontations" of platoon-level forces are indeed routine, in some places, it is once or twice a month, depending on the tempers of the local commander.
However these clashes are generally benign, and troops don't carry lethal weapons. Few bruises and blackened eyes are the max that happens.

All that data is also going to the muricans without any filter.
