its the "implication" , if u can strike a high value target like a carrier from 1500+ km away and there is no counter measure . it means the AC is obelete .

nevermind the Chinese never tested this ability . never seen a test of a ballistic missile hitting a moving ship at sea.

if they did have that capability , considering its deterrence value , they would have already showed it.

i seen people on chinese social media call tibet/xinjiang as the "nursing home" of PLA .

its where they send all the old equipment .
